You can return any of our items no matter what your reasons are within 30 days of receipt.

We are happy give you a full refund, as long as your item is unworn and in exactly the same condition it was delivered to you. Just send us an email (hello(at)marc-ella.co.uk) and we will schedule the pick up of the item for you.

FAQ’s
How long will my order take?
All bags displayed on our website are normally delivered within 5 working days. However, it can take up to 2 weeks until you receive your item depending on your location. It also depends from which location we ship the item from. To give you an example: If you are lucky enough to get a last piece, it might take longer as it can be shipped from anywhere in the world to you depending on its location.
Can I have my item sooner than this?
In many cases we can meet shorter urgent deadlines. Please contact our customer service at hello@marc-ella.co.uk and we will do everything to get your chosen bag to you as soon as possible.
How is the item delivered?
Where possible our beautiful bags are delivered in discrete packaging without any external markings indicating what is contained inside. However, international orders that cross country borders will comply with local rules about declaration of value. The actual Marc Ella product is contained inMarc Ella London dust bag with protective outer packaging.
All items shipped within the UK are either delivered via Royal Mail or DHL*, and are fully insured if value of goods exceeds 200GBP.
Our global orders are delivered via DHL*, again fully insured until they have been delivered to you.
* From time to time we may use other global and local shipping agents.
Can you ship to another address?
Yes we can ship to an alternative delivery address, but we will need some additional forms of identification and proof of address if the payment was made by a debit or credit card.
Can I collect my item?
Orders can be collected from our London showroom if an appointment was made prior to collection. Please contact hello@marc-ella.co.uk to agree the date and time of the collection. The person collecting must be the person who paid for the goods and must be able to prove their identity.
Do you accept international orders?
\Absolutely. MARC ELLA leather handbags and accessories are shipped all over the world.
For our non EU and USA customers VAT is not payable and the individual product price will be updated and displayed during your checkout. There may be some duties to pay, depending on your countries’ tax policies.
VAT Payable And UK Tax Free
International Orders (Non EU Clients):
a) If you have ordered your Marc Ella accessory over the internet and we are exporting your order outside the EU, then you will not be charged any VAT. The price of the item ordered will be updated automatically during checkout.
b) If you have purchased your item from our London Showroom, you are entitled to claim the VAT back within 3 months from the date of purchase. We will provide you with all the necessary paperwork at the time of purchase to claim your refund.
UK and EU Orders (EU Clients):
Customers in the UK and in the EU will be subject to VAT of 20% which is included in the price displayed on the website. All orders purchased by customers who live inside the European Union (EU) will be subject to the UK VAT rate of 20%.
